West Hollywood Official App

Previously I would have given the app 5⭐ but it has not been functioning in either Android or iOS versions for the past few months with not a hint of a patch or update. Instead of loading, there's a "Whoops" message about a "connection error". Now I'm unable to file service requests or see those from my neighborhood. The app is, at present, completely non functional. Much like the City of West Hollywood.

Has promise but missing some key features. 1) You can report a construction violation and upload a picture, which is great, but it doesn't accept MP4 videos shot from our phones. 2) you can track the progress of said report, but you aren't notified what happened. We're they fined? Who can I follow up with? Just ends up seemingly like the city did nothing.

Fails to load after repeated attempts. Even after uninstalling and re installing. It doesn't seem that the City of West Hollywood has someone working on this at the moment.
