Hi its really getting old having to see the trash pile up next to the trash cans located at the triangle at the intersection of 13th,mifflin, and passyunk, see attached. I see ignorant neighbors bring their household trash and dump it there on a daily basis, I want to know what the city is doing to prevent this and fine the individuals committing this crime. Visitors to East passyunk will stop coming and business will lose money because it looks awful. Please help, fine these people, arrest them, do something! Please!
